1 Introduction

Welcome to KKSlots (referred to herein as "KKSlots", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). KKSlots is an online gaming and entertainment platform operating under an international gaming licence issued by a recognised offshore regulatory authority. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, constitute the entire legal agreement between you and KKSlots. All three documents should be read together. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on KKSlots, you unconditionally accept all provisions set out herein.

KKSlots operates primarily in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) and supports Malaysian payment channels including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. All financial references in these Terms use MYR unless otherwise stated.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Account" A registered user profile created on the KKSlots platform, enabling access to gaming services, deposit facilities, and promotional offers.
• "Balance" The total MYR-denominated funds held in a Player's Account, comprising real-money deposits and credited bonuses (where applicable).
• "Bonus Funds" Promotional credits granted by KKSlots subject to specific wagering requirements and bonus terms, which are distinct from real-money funds unless wagering conditions are fully met.
• "KYC" Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by KKSlots before processing withdrawals or approving certain account activities.
• "Platform" The KKSlots website accessible at https://kkslots.cam, including all games, services, tools, and content made available thereon.
• "RNG" Random Number Generator — the certified software system that generates statistically random and unpredictable game outcomes across all slot, table, and instant-win games.
• "Wagering Requirement" A condition attached to bonus funds requiring the Player to wager a specified multiple of the bonus (or bonus plus deposit) before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Territory" Any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and in which KKSlots has restricted access to its services.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Account on KKSlots, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. KKSlots enforces a minimum age of 21 for all casino-style gambling activities. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or participating in any form of play on the Platform.
2. You must be a natural person (an individual human being). Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register accounts.
3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
4. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Territory. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
5. You must not be a current or former employee, director, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee or director of KKSlots or any of its affiliated entities.
6. You must not hold an existing KKSlots Account that has been suspended or permanently closed for any reason. Each individual may hold only one (1) active Account at any given time.

4 Account Registration

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, phone number, and residential address. You warrant that all information provided at registration — and subsequently updated — is truthful and not misleading in any material respect.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. KKSlots recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security. You must notify KKSlots immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link) if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

KKSlots shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in accordance with this clause.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on KKSlots. The operation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent account closure and the forfeiture of all balances, including real-money funds pending KYC review.

5 Terms of Use

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The Platform may be accessed via web browser on any internet-connected device. KKSlots makes no guarantee of continuous, uninterrupted availability and reserves the right to perform scheduled or emergency maintenance at any time.

5.1 Acceptable Use

• You may only use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment.
• You must not attempt to gain unfair advantage over other players or the Platform through any technical, software-based, or collaborative means.
• You must not use VPN, proxy services, or other anonymising tools to circumvent geographic access restrictions imposed by KKSlots.
• You must not engage in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the Platform.

5.2 Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection meet the minimum technical requirements to access the Platform. KKSlots shall not be liable for any game interruption, disconnection, or data loss attributable to the Player's hardware, software, or network environment.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposit Methods

KKSlots supports deposits denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (supported banks include Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank), as well as cryptocurrency channels including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT TRC20), and Litecoin (LTC).

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for e-wallet and DuitNow methods. The minimum deposit via FPX bank transfer is RM30. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment channel; refer to the Cashier page for current limits. All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification. KKSlots processes withdrawal requests within 5 minutes for e-wallet and DuitNow channels under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.

KKSlots reserves the right to request supporting documentation (government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and payment method verification) before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible.

6.3 Currency

All Account balances, transactions, and game stakes on KKSlots are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the live exchange rate prevailing at the time of deposit confirmation. KKSlots does not charge currency conversion fees on MYR transactions.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

KKSlots offers various promotional bonuses including Welcome Bonuses, Reload Bonuses, Cashback, Referral Bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which shall be read alongside these general Terms.

• Bonuses are available only to registered Players who have completed email verification.
• Each promotion specifies its own minimum qualifying deposit, bonus percentage, maximum bonus cap, eligible games, and Wagering Requirement multiplier.
• Default Wagering Requirement for welcome bonuses is 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds must be used before real-money funds. Once bonus funds are exhausted, real-money funds will be used for wagering.
• KKSlots reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated group play, low-risk hedging strategies designed to exploit bonus clearing, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics — will result in the cancellation of bonuses and the closure of the Account.
• The Referral Bonus (up to RM100 per qualifying referral) is credited after the referred friend completes their first qualifying deposit. Referral bonuses are subject to a 10x Wagering Requirement.
• The 2% Cryptocurrency Deposit Bonus (maximum MYR 688) applies to first-time crypto deposits only and carries a 20x Wagering Requirement.

8 Game Rules & Betting

All games available on KKSlots operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that produces statistically independent and unpredictable outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface. KKSlots reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed at incorrect odds due to a technical fault, or placed in contravention of these Terms.

8.1 Sports Betting

KKSlots offers pre-match and in-play (live) sports betting on events including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, AFC Champions League, FA Cup, and UFC events. All odds are expressed in MYR decimal format and are subject to change up to the moment the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted, the odds are locked.

In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, KKSlots reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, subject to specific sport-by-sport rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform.

8.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game, KKSlots reserves the right to void the affected round and return all stakes wagered during the malfunction period. KKSlots shall not be liable to the Player for any loss of anticipated winnings arising from a verified technical malfunction.

9 Responsible Gambling

KKSlots is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be pursued as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

All Players have access to the following responsible gambling tools within their Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your gambling expenditure.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure time-based alerts to notify you of the duration of your gaming session.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without requiring a full self-exclusion.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the minimum elected duration.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the KKSlots platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC processes.
• Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting).
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or technical bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in any multiplayer game format.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or are not held in your own name.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent payment reversal claims against KKSlots.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing KKSlots support staff or other players.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the KKSlots Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game graphics, game mechanics, trademarks, logos, branding, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of KKSlots or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of KKSlots.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KKSlots, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

KKSlots's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player into their Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

KKSlots does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk and are responsible for maintaining adequate security software on your own devices.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

KKSlots reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Player's payment provider.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player.
• Detection of multi-accounting or bonus abuse.
• Regulatory or legal requirements.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within a commercially reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of KYC requirements. Bonus funds are non-refundable in all circumstances.

A Player may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting KKSlots support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed normally.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which KKSlots holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory authority.

For Malaysian Players: you acknowledge that Malaysian domestic law governs your personal legal obligations in relation to online gambling. KKSlots makes no representation regarding the legality of its services in your specific jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain and comply with all applicable local laws.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence.

15 Amendments to These Terms

KKSlots reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 7 days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact KKSlots to close your Account prior to the effective date of the change.
